I was not looking for him to do any work for me.

I just thought I would give him a chance to show a site or something.

I suspect that he has just found some bloke who does apps and he is going to take a percentage. Probably some chap in India.

Or he is just hoping someone asks him for a quote and he is going to use the idea himself.
