No, it does support the same file types as the freeware version. The only difference is ads. The Pro version supports various branding features (e.g. clickable logos and toolbar texts) and custom ads (pre-roll, post-roll, on-pause).

Ah, I think I have to suggest the xPinner plugin then. It automatically posts images to pinterest.com, sex.com, smutty.com and many other mainstream and adult pinboards.

You can download the freeware version here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/xpinner-lite/ - it supports pinterest.com only.
