One of the programs I have always had on my PC has been ACDSee. It's great for managing content. I am not sure if it still does this but it used to have a feature to make HTML galleries which was kind of neat.

All it does is inserting text you've programmed when you click on the buttons. But it's been really useful for stuff like username, email, icq and other text I had to type often
