I used to bypass emails and call direct and always hoped I got paulK on the phone. I never called to ask a question I already knew the answer to, rather I had a man crush on paul and whilst he spoke into phone I imagined sweet litle whispers of nothing love.
11:02pm the next day, response received, problem resolved. There was a perfectly good explanation: they needed to forward it internally, and forwarded it to the wrong place initially.

Honestly i dont see ponts of claims like this,sometime i find it annoying,simply because as it depend on what kind problem you have.If it is simple problem then you can expect fast solution,but if it just a little bit more complicated it can take several days to resolve and that applies to anyone regardless of what kind of service they provide.
I have never had an issue with the CS. 99% of the time the online chat can solve issues and the response from the account reps is within 12 hours usually. they do sleep.
The % is way too high I agree and it has cost them some people and will continue to do so.
