Well,i used to doing that, but that was not real delete,it was simply putting it out of your main account.
Then they said how it is not possible to delete it,only moving out.Maybe that changed in the meantime.
They can disable accounts but I think those dead accounts will always show in their awesome Admin. Fun times sorting through sub-accounts!!
actually you can un merge them from your main account and while they will always be active you don't have to see them in your affiliate admin..
I use to un merge programs I stopped promoting till I started getting ghost sales from google listings and I would have to ask ccbill to re merge it into my account.
I have all my accounts merged and paid into my paysite account and I get one wire a week for all my ccbill sales pay and affiliate

That would be why ccbill never delete accounts. You never know when someone may hit a long forgotten page or website that still has an active account...
Why waste time on it? Does it slow you down or make your life harder then the effort it's going to take to unmerge them?
yes it would be a lot easier to crawl through less pages and shorten the drop downs when looking at stats and i think it would speed up the whole dash board
Thank you for contact account support. I understand you have affiliate programs merged under affiliate account ****, that are no longer active. If you would like to have these accounts un-linked (for stats purposes) and un-split (for payout purposes) please reply with a full list of the inactive accounts and we will un-merge them as requested.

So basically same things as before - you can unlink them but cannot fully delete.
i should of asked where do they end up..... as individual solo accounts or what, or do they all go into the first requested unmerged account
they end up as solo accounts. The only thing I would add is make sure you have all the accounts you un merge set up to email you for new sales. This way if you do get a random sale from one of these unpromoted programs you will still know if you make a sale and you can have them merge that account back.
to me un merging 500 accounts seems like it would take more time than it's worth.

That is why after un merging i merged them back into main account,as if sale would occur then you would receive special check for that account, which is additional cost to cash it out so no point of doing it.
Beside there is no need for login to ccbill ever - you can set e-mail notification for sales, and copy programs id's somewhere else.

i got this reply
ccbill: Thank you for your reply. Once an affiliate account has be un-linked (for stats) from a Master Affiliate Id it will become its own independent account. Unless you request to link (for stats) the account to another affiliate Id, it will will remain an independent account.
final result is you can delete/unmerge dead ccbill accounts only by contacting ccbill, and you can group all unmerged accounts into another account just in case an account reactives or you receive a sale some time after you unmerge [make sure you set unmerged accounts to receive email sale] said accounts from your main account,
hope this helps those that were wondering about these questions
