Business UTF-8 Coding for Tube Scripts?

We've made some of our own tube scripts using wp UTF-8 coding but wanted to see if anyone, like MechBunny or others can do this?

For us specifically it is for Japanese language sites.

I thought all modern scripts work with UTF-8. For example, the CyberSEO plugin supports it out of the box (including synonymization) and even allows to convert other encodings into UTF-8 on the fly.

I thought so too. I will check your plug in. Maybe it will make life easier. I was hoping Mechbunny could handle it as we need a tour and members area on one site.
