    Business Chargeback public database/etc ?

Getting sick of these self entitled idiots writing in demanding a refund because apparently someone else used their creditcard info. These fat fucking losers (ala CurrentlySober) can't afford anything and they know the chargeback game - register a new creditcard then claim their info was stolen after a few days of sucking down all your new content. Bull-fucking-shit.

Wish there was a service to post these asshole's info, nicer if it could be public - though I'm sure GFY armchair lawyers will jump all over that about being against the law to post that kind of info. Is it?

I've found a few outdated 'services' that seem to provide something like that, I just want to post these asshole's info out there so they know by being cheapskate shameless faggots they'll have their info posted as being chronic chargebackers

This is a shared database of many websites ... Commercial service for a fee.

Netbilling has a public blacklist you can opt into declining anything that matches, billing address, CC #, IP, email etc.
        - As soon as I think up a good sig it's going here.

Our company has maintained such a black list database for its clients to plug into, to help them filter out the risk before a transaction is approved.

Why don't you fight the chargebacks? I had a lot of success challenging chargebacks on dating platforms where the guys were signing up behind their wives backs and getting caught.. claiming credit card fraud.

Depending on the chargeback code you receive from MC/Visa you can fight it and at least claw back some of that money.

There are a ton of systems which you can integrate with your billing platform to flag potential problem customers who are more likely to do a chargeback.. but these usually cost a bomb

Our prices are quite reasonable, when you factor in that you also save the chargeback fee. Of course you get the added benefit of lowering your ratios, therefore allowing you to lessen your fraud scrub and take additional transactions.

It's also worth mentioning that we can fight Chargebacks as well and recover the funds. We can do this in the US, Canada and the EU.

I advocated a free\open rbl two years ago, but progress with the major processors was to slow, and my bigdata project hard more success, so i shut it down

Yes I advocated this and told my processors a few times, but seems to share friendly fraud card guys data - actually free and included in all processors - it is a too smart and useful idea to actually happen. I am sure Visa/MC and banks also would not like several of their users to be flagged as what they are... I mean... I am sure they do this only in adult and dating sites, yes?

Thanks John - we have 16 years of negative and positive transaction data that we scrub transactions through for our merchants.
