    i need some video encoding help can anyone lend me some help for a few mins?

    banners, HTML5 banners, Bluray/DVD covers, full page ads, half page ads, headers, logos, 100% responsive galleries, SEO optimization, social media mgmt.

      well i have dumped the footage from my minidv to computer (the raw file is avi) but its huge.. i encoded it in wmv but doesnt play for a bunch of people so i need to work on a other solution doing so..

          hmmm...i would say encode to mpg...great quality...how long is the clip?

            clip is 20 mins long roughly.. its for my site and wanna put it up asap.... the raw file is atleast 4 gigs i want to encode from avi to mpeg and have decent quality and not to big of a file.. but when i did it in preimier ez clean thing it just crashes and doesnt do shit...

              they probalbly need to upgrade their windows media player. You can also use vegas video to save the avi in the old windows media player version which will probably work for them.

                  I cannot remember the exact name of this program, but it was something like avi2mpg enc or avi2mpg encoder, try a search on google. it was an msdos program but it worked good.
                  For compressing avi and saving alot in filesize you might try Virtual Dub. Hope this helps at least a little bit.
