I am a new webmaster (started in May) and I just found out about GFY recently. This is my first post, so hello everyone!
Secondly, I have a niche site that tailors to male bonding. So straight/gay/bi men who like the male camaraderie, sportsmanship, brotherhood, bromance experience. They enjoy their mutual masculinity and "man-time" like a boys weekend at the cottage.
The "sexual-ness" comes in with extending the male bonding to include jerking off together (mutual masturbation), circle jerks, communal nudity (i.e. in communal showers/locker rooms). Etc.
Primarily, the site works to breakdown stigmas that it is "gay" or "wrong" for men to be naked together and/or jerk off together. I promote not labeling yourself (such as gay, bi, straight) and just to do what feels right (safely and respectfully).
So while it is not a hardcore porn site, it is NSFW, and has some adult content; but it mostly deals with the bro bonding type of stuff adding the sexual content into the mix.
Mostly my "profits" or income is from ads (Juicy Ads) right now. However, I am looking to get into affiliate marketing (thinking: Fleshlight, and maybe some anal dildos).
