I was thinking of last years design contest today for a little and came up with an idea. Keep in mind it's very rough and just a basic idea - what would you all think of a webmaster contest.
For a small entry fee ...
Participants would receive content, domain(s), and compete to generate the most revenue in (X) weeks time. I'm not sure how it could be done other then having a few sponsors support it and keep accurate unshaved stats - having a content provider provide the sets - and perhaps a traffic broker provide small amounts of feeder traffic.
I think it would be good for all programs which participate in building a customer base and new affiliates - but i don't know how the fuck this could be kept fair..
any suggestions?
