what is with peoples obsession with hydration these days? if you're thirsty take a sip of water.. unless you're in a desert or running a marathon it never really comes up as an issue for anyone..

I thought the same yesterday when I saw an article about hunting dog's hydration, waterfowling dog's to be exact (that often has something to do with water). But pooch gotta drink, I don't deny that. Well, not uncommon issue to mention redarding summer practises, but the same issue dealt also with freezing duck hunting waters.

About that cup, it looks trendy.

i have 2, a lab and a curly-coated retriever and keeping them hydrated is pretty easy.. when they are thirsty they drink.. can't make them drink! hehe

If they can figure it out I guess us humans may just have a shot ;)

very true eh, i agree with you though, the whole drink a gallon of water every day mantra is pretty stupid. But I do think skin needs a good h20 supply, it seems to be the last on the list to get replenished.

Yes, many people don't know that, or at least in the right scope. Works the same with the other way around, especially if you drink coffee.
