I sell some of my blog mobile traffic to Plugrush and almost all of it is organic traffic from Google and Bing so my traffic is very real and someone is buying it through Plugrush.

Be careful what you do: I just had to completely remove plugrush as the ads their advertisers used were fucking bad [you have 349 viruses on your mobile' etc etc..]. I even told them about this in a support ticket and their reply was stating that they check the ads in advance, but advertisers alter it to shitty ones after the review.. Anyway, my surfers were fucked in the ass w desert dry penis so I had to get rid of them. Now I am sending all the clicks to fpctraffic, I earn less [before I was selling to plugrush and alter-url was the fpc one] but at least i can sleep better :P
Dunno about whether its fake or not, but I only had bad quality traffic back from them 8( I can't convert Indian, Vietnam, Cambodia, Omar traffic, really!
We have hundreds of advertisers with campaigns that they renew over and over. Why would they do this, if the traffic we provide was indeed fake and useless? The answer is they would not.
Now that we've established that, let's figure out the actual problem, which is generally optimization. If the traffic you're purchasing isn't converting, then it's time to optimize the things that can be improved on. This way you can be one of our advertisers that make money by purchasing traffic from us.
Some general tips would be to take a look at the campaign and begin the optimization process there. A great start would be to check if the landing page can be improved. Once you have some traffic going to a good landing page and see results, block unproductive referrers. We have a variety of targeting options available that should allow you to only buy users that will convert for the product you're promoting.
For more specific questions, you can always use our support system within Plugrush to get help.
As for the malware concerns noted by Matyko, we do our absolute best to remove any ads containing viruses and the like. We are always trying to improve the way we catch and remove these kinds of ads. If you do come across one, let us know in a support ticket so we can take care of it.
If there are any other questions, concerns or suggestions, we're always glad to hear them. All feedback is greatly appreciated and we're continuously trying to better serve our users.
