When browsing Web pages how do I navigate forward?

Only in the menu if you have one on your phone, then forward. But it depends on browser.

If you are using the default browser, tap your finger at the one side of the phone (say left) and without releasing, slide it slowly towards the middle. A menu appears (looks like a semi-circle) and then move your finger to choose the second option, which is below the wrench.

This option allows you to go back, forwards, or reload the page you are on.

This didn't work. It just copies text. Probably cos I am using Chrome.

I am using Chrome but don't have it. Might have to switch to the default browser.

was that a setting you had to turn on?
I get no such circular menu on Note 4 (android 4.4.4) AOSP Browser..
Instead I have a footer with back/forward etc., buttons.

Turn the updates on and once your browser is updated, I think it will appear. It's not without its quirks though; now you can't really tap anything on the side of the pages - one of the sites that I visit all the time started showing adds at the bottom of the page and the only way to close them is by hitting the little cross at the right, which is now impossible since the pie menu appears.

Tap the left button thingy on YOUR PHONE when using Chrome and a menu appears, you'll see the forward arrow on top of that menu.

Blimey I only just found out how to do this. On my phone I click the three dots up near where you search and the Web address goes, in the drop down box there should be a forward arrow (if available).
