Find & Try affiliate program closed down?

I noticed the hosted banners of findandtry were down, then I noticed the whole affiliate program affiliates.findandtry.com is no longer there, I didn't get any email from them saying they closed shop

anyone know what's going on? they closed and ran with affiliates money?
