For renewal transfer them to namecheap, it's done in 10 minutes.

10$ on namecheap (with free whois protection) instead of 26$ on godaddy!

I just used one of these the other day on my renewal. I forget which. I have been swtiching all mine to name cheap, but I changed the registrar info and it fucking locked me into a 60 day hold on godaddy so I couldn't transfer it.

Just tried those on 5 domains, neither code worked

The worst part is I don't NEED a discount, but it's habit after years of domains with GoDaddy and to not be told they were discontinuing the renewal code feature has just been disappointing. I feel ripped and wasted time trying to find codes before I realized they didn't use then anymore for renewals.
