Tech Warning to anyone using Maxmind's GeoIP2 Connection Type database

Just a heads up that there are a few flaws in Maxmind's database, as confirmed by them today. Some Vodafone connections from IT and DE are marked as "Cellular" in GeoIP2 when they are actually "Cable/DSL".

This may inflate anyone's carrier specific traffic for DE and IT.
