    Bad Event Tracking Code...any help?

    GA is telling me that I have a "Bad Event Tracking Code", please how can I get rid of it?

          Update the tracking code? I use Google tagmanager, highly recommended. Although if there is lot of "rules" it will either slow down opening links or some "rules" (tags) are left out, depending about the settings. I have set max delay being 1 second and sometimes some rules are not loaded.
