payment processor

Hi all,

Not sure i'm posting in the right section but if not ill ask you kindly dear webmasters to move this post.
So here's my question:
I own a webcam live website (ecommerce) incorporated in delaware and the payment processor we always used can not work with us anymore due to the fact we are not in europe. They are.
This sucks because we never had a problem with this payment processor and we are really scared of his competitors. I heard so many people who never got paid... remember cyberpaie, epassporte (now zombaio is alarming) etc etc etc etc
Our payment processor who would like to keep working with us suggest to open an offshore and bank account in europe.
They gave us a referal but we do not trust the bank they want us to work with (latvian bank really shady... already worked with them in the past and i would not do it again)
We are 2 partners, one lives in france and the other in the us.
So the question is:
Do you know any GOOD company that would create an offshore in europe with a bank account?
Do you have a better idea? Suggestions?

Ps: me or my partner can be on the paperwork, so we have an addrees in the us and in France

a european bank that is not that much shady as that one you mention would mostly not open a bank account for a delaware inc, means a off shore company would be needed... but anyway you should talk to a pro to find the right jurisdiction for you to avoid double taxation and troubles with local tax gov as you both live in the two countries who are hunting :-)
there exist for sure some forums where you can get more professional help then on gfy regarding this (i only know a german one).
