    SE can read dynamic pages ?
    something like this www.domain.com/bilder.php?page=3&gallery=160

      Some can, some can't. If you are serious about getting se traffic to a page you should make it an html page. Maybe use dynamic content in the page or use an html page to point to dynamic pages.

        USe an extra html file, and
        $var1 = 1;
        $var2 = 2;
        include("phpfile.php");

        or get the vars from the html files name.

        Google does index querystrings.
