I have read a lot of threads from the GFY Marketplace where often people get contacted by models or they have models that live near by them that do work for them but not any known models like Madison Ivy, etc. So how does one find such model and what are some tips and/or guidelines to get a model to do photoshoots for your adult website.

I am aware about the underage laws, illegal porn laws and copyright infringement related information.

1. Reputation among a group of girls
2. Website with city name in it
3. An ad or a post on related websites or forums.

Not really sure what you are asking. I can suggest you start taking photos and build a portfolio. As time goes on you will find more famous models but you likely wont start with the best you will find there is also a learning curve. Hair make up lighting the best models wont just let you snap them.

Best thing is advertise your service in job portals and online classified sites.

You mean you want to be an agent or photographer?
I think it is all about networking... I run my blog and have been able to talk to content producers and models. Fortunately I have been able to hook some people up and they have worked together, so that is slowly building my reputation.

If you want to take pictures, try to find newbies near you on modelmayhem or post ads. CL sucks, btw.
