Data transfer cheaper than AWS?

If I wanted to put up a few large ZIP files (say 10-20gb each) and sell access individually to these packages, what's the cheapest route for data transfer?

Looked at AWS, it's about $0.12/gb and more if your users are in places like India, South America, etc.

I'm sure there are cheaper options. Any recommendations?
