Yeah they're pretty serious about it. If you've been convicted of a crime that translates to a crime in Canada, you are inadmissible to Canada. 5 years (I think) later you can apply for a visa to come to Canada. Note this is not 5 years after the crime, but 5 years after you've finished serving jail/probation or whatever. You'd need to have a pretty good reason to come to Canada at that point, and coming to bounty hunt won't cut it.

Dog served 18 months of a 5 year sentence for 1st Degree Murder. He was waiting in the car while he buddy shot someone during a drug deal or something like that.

The guy's just a flat out loser chasing meth addicts around Hawaii.

War Machine is also a felon, and something tells me he would be heavily scrutinized trying to enter. They would know who he was immediately.

He's not in Canada. Mexico maybe. San Diego is so close to the border and he would know that you can just drive right through to Mexico. Much better chance he's now in Mexico.

Getting into canada is no different than getting into the us. If you have a serious criminal offense in canada they wont let you in the us. They make exceptions for things like dui's, etc.

I don't know about the States, but there is no exception for DUI in Canada. A DUI makes you inadmissible to Canada without a waiver.
