Canadian cc processing, update??

A little over a week ago, acpay had announced that the would be charging a registration fee, it was not clear whether or not this was a visa registration fee or not.

I had not heard any updates, anyone else on this?

I had also heard that ccbill was possibly negotiating a canadian merchant bank for processing, depending on what the ultimate bottom line is

personally I'd rather have one processor only,

so has anyone heard anything useful?
