Many of us have.. They are the largest dialer company. GIB dialers are the ones that have had all the legal problems, and had millions witheld for that period of time..
They have since made a comeback, and they are still probably the most popular dialer, but have yet to prove to be the best since the litigation. Yet they promise to be the best again, and people are giving them good reviews again..
Contact the guy "SNOW" you see here in the message forum.. HE is probably one of the largest distributers of the GIB dialer.. He can answer your question more in depth.. (but a sales pitch will come with it) Anyhoot its worth a try, who knows you may kick ass with it!

I used their 3rd party billing for a long time, no complaints and good support.Comment

I have used Globill in the past and they are good. I just didn't like the lag between the time the money was earned and the time it was payed out.
Another 3rd party billing company I used and like is http://www.membershipplus.net they pay weekly.Comment
