I believe he recently got many of his assets recently returned and unfrozen. The interview they aired today is actually from 6-9 months ago. It's a repeat.

Invest 60Mio a year for 10 years and you reach 2.5 billion, easily. One has to consider he invested a lot in 2008 and 2009 when the markets were on the bottom. Hey, you could have made a billion from a million invested in Las Vegas Sands stocks alone.
