    Business CCBIll Webmaster program transparency?

Some programs offer 2nd tier commissions for webmaster referrals - usually 5% to 10%. However, I have no clue how to find confirmation on this status in CCBill affiliate admin. Tools just provide information on 1st tier direct sales, but no information on referral payments. Is contacting the program and trusting them the only way to find out?

With CCBill sponsors, I make it a point to always use my affiliate code on my webmaster referral links whether the program says it offers it or not. I've had a handful that actually paid off even though they didn't have the option listed on their program site.

I think is on by default when you get setup. That's probably why.

The annoying thing is that if it's set to 0% you will still see the referred webmaster account and the sales they bring
