Members Site Tour and Basic CMS Needed

I am in need of a quick tour and really basic CMS set-up created for a new project we are working on.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for us? Someone that could fully create the tour and add the super basic CMS for us, would be wonderful.

The $49 Basic Elevated X CMS plan includes shared hosting but lets you use your own domain.
