I would recommend wordpress too and you can find great themes on themeforest.com. Some themes have great features and rating system that would be helpful for a review site.

That's still a decent script. I built a site using it years ago but got sidetracked and never added any reviews. So if anyone wants a site that's already built on a domain from 2005, let me know :D
