im looking to get a ballpark idea from GFY code gurus about how much a cam site will cost to build from scratch.

gfy peanut gallery pls leave out the berating and hating about "how it will never succeed and how it will need a million dollars" out as it will be igniored. only looking for real talk from real people if thats possible here.

so that said...

approx how many 40 hours work weeks would it take a single coder to build a basic but functional webcam site from scratch. ie http://www.modenacam.com/features but without all bells and whistles , just the main features to have an operational site

Edit: that is not it. Will find url tomorrow. Free platform for models to chat then find programmer to make adjustements. There are people doing over 100k per month with out of box setups... dont buy into the bullshit

1. the project is perfectly managed
2. the coders know exactly what they are doing.

You could easily blow 30k on a custom platform and still not be happy with it.

Before embarking make sure you spec out exactly what you want in fine detail and make sure it's expertly managed.

Good free starting platform. There is no reason for bells and whistles... and you can even just make it (it being your cam paysite) to show girl live, or not live, no free chat. And easily tap into that cam script for member/model chat after they pay. Of course, you need the girls at your location. And then those girls... can easily split screen onto some other bigger cam platforms to keep the model making money while you build your own traffic.
