Responsive layout designer

We are looking for a web designer/developer to create a one page responsive layout landing page based on some a wireframe & examples. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS, Jquery, Photoshop and an eye for simple clean design are a must. This is a one time project however it could lead into recurring jobs.
