There is a little icon on your website (bottom, left) which is a graphical representation of an envelope. If I place my mouse over than icon, I can see the email address of your sales team and it is to that email address where I have sent correspondence. I will try again one last time in the next 10 minutes.

You guys need to get your act together. Even signing up on your sign was a complete waste of time - and there was no follow through.
