    rendering MPEG-1's

    Whats the best app for rendering short (15-20 sec) clips in MPEG-1? Tried it with Vegas Video 4.0 and I can't get a 15 second clip under 3 megs.

          hehe, I had that already, but I only just discovered the benefit of reducing bitrate. My question is now mute.
