A very-very-vary stupid assumption, because you know nothing. When I was a kid, I've been to almost any place of Crimea with my father. We were spending every vacation there + Stavropol region and Soviet Georgian Republic (now it's an independent country). Furthermore these tours were free for us - the company where my father worked, paid for them in full. Do yo see how many people are on the photos above? That's because it was very affordable for everybody. It was Soviet Union.
