htaccess ... ???? Need help, PLZ!

I need HTACCESS file to protect my galleries from HotLink and redirect Bookmakers and traffic with (Russian, china... IP)
This code protect from Hotlink...

Please help me write full code, to do all i need, or give me an example of Working File..


P.S. Can i be banned if i`ll redirect traffic with China, russian... IP from my galleries, to my freesite???

That works for me, and yeah my guess is that you can get banned for that.
