    CCBill contract changes?

Are the contract changes anything to be worried about for those who got them?

What contract changes are these? Is this for site/program owners or affiliates?

I haven't seen anything new from CCBill, but it wouldn't be the first time I've missed semi-important info they've tucked away somewhere in their mess of an admin area.

Part of the email from CCBill below. Just curious as to why the additional bank is needed?
Was never needed in the past although this account has only been used since last summer so don't know if its the norm now?

Recently, the card associations have implemented changes to your processing agreement with CCBill, which requires the addition of our bank, Merrick Bank, as an additional signatory on your agreement.

The updated contract is required for all merchants who process more than $100,000 in volume annually for either Visa or MasterCard. As you may be aware, your account is projected to reach the required threshold this year which means that we must update your agreement to meet this requirement as soon as possible to avoid the possible suspension of your processing these account types.
