I recently purchased that domain, it's available so i took it.
Will i get in trouble with some copyright issues from Manwin?

Is it okay to do some WL with that name?

why not, it's generic, freewebcams.com and many others which have in their domain "webcam/s" word don't have any issue

Ensure that you put "this domain is not for sale" somewhere on the site. That way, they can't claim you registered the domain name or are keeping it in bad faith.

After some companies make legitimate offers for domain names, they will get kicked back because the owners think they can extort more money. By doing this, you can assert that no price is reasonable enough and that you are not keeping the domain in bad faith.
