windows comp setup question

Im a mac guy... I have a client I am setting up a little system for

he is a doc that monitors surgery across country ...

he has 2 LG 42 inch LED tv's as monitors

I need a cheap tower than can run these as dual monitors..

I was thinking go to one via DVI and one HDMI

he really only does web monitoring so I don't need something to launch rockets...

I was looking in the 350-500 dollar range for tower...

was thinking of something like this..

Feedback? is this the right way to set up dual for a windows machine?

That si good price and it will fly, but if you want to save more, you probably could find something around $300 that will also work without problems.
