Anyone know of a wordpress theme that will be very similar to the slide up, slide down bar navigation at the stop of this site? www.lemonadela.com (I know this is not wordpress.)

I'm only interested in the nav menu...

Or, if you know how to do this and could do it in no time, how much would you charge to set it up on one site for me?

do you mean only top menu? to change a color when you pass with a mouse?

do you have wp theme with menu on correct position? in that case we can just modify css to achieve that.

I do mean the top menu, but not really just the changing colors in css... I mean the way the menus slide up and down like tiny little animations.

Look for wordpress themes with parallax scrolling. That's the technique that is used.
