Plugrush - how is this possible?

I've been testing various traffic sources, one of them was Plugrush and its blind traffic.

After checking some stats in details (domain url) I see some of those sites that claim to be sending traffic don't even exist.

And some of them have too shitty Alexa to be sending that amount of traffic.

I don't say Plugrush is cheating, but I am quite sure "webmasters" do ;)

So, is this normal or am I the only one who found that weird?

Not necessary a cheater,could be simple a redirect url which receive traffic from multiple sources,quite common among traffic brokers.

I don't understand why anyone would care about alexa rank .. all you are looking at is webmaster who have this toolbar installed? ? pretty sure nobody has this thing on its browser ...

but think... what would plugrush get out of fixing this issue? they make money if you get scammed or not.

this happens at a lot of brokers over the years.
