Strongbox support not replying - anyone else?

    Strongbox support not replying - anyone else?

    I use Strongbox and have an active support subscription, tried emailing them last Wed about an issue. After no response I wrote a follow-up message Friday, again no response.

    Anyone else having trouble getting ahold of them? I know it's been the weekend but I figure with a support plan you have to pay extra for, a reply within 4 days is a reasonable expectation - especially considering they deal with website security.

    IIRC they've had decent turnaround times in the past, so am wondering if something else is up.

      They could have a little delay but always reply.

        Good luck with that. I finally gave up on Strongbox for the very same problems you are having and went with Password Sentry out of sheer desperation. So far, it seems OK, although I must admit I really do miss Strongbox's interface and features, which I still think are superior to Password Sentry. But Password Sentry has an actual support system and the guy who runs it is very attentive to his customers, the way Ray and Ali were in the past. All good things must come to an end, I suppose. I just wish they would sell it to someone who take over the business and run it with some semblance of customer service, as I would be willing to pay a much higher price than they currently charge if I knew it would be backed up with some assistance when needed.

          I don't use StrongBox, but have seen similar threads on this topic for months here on GFY...

                I know Ray's whereabouts

                I have it on good authority that Ray checks into an in-patient a dental clinic for a month-long treatments from time to time. You see, my buddy, Ray, has been been using a drug called Rediculin. One of the side effects is that it causes Ray to grow a second row of teeth. Ray must have it removed from time to time.
