I think that's a longer shot that just go to a random tube-site or a torrent-site.

This happens to almost any program, I remember couple of them posting about that.

Too much hassle, minimum payouts and so on. Plus you would need different name, probably IP. Might happen, but too rarely to worry.

Unless surfer plans to rebill for months, than it would be bypassed and also money saved from his perspective.

I think that maybe .05% of all your subscriptions may be a surfer that signed up to your affiliate program and subscribed with his own link.
Regarding your promotion content. You can check if they have a legit adult website before you let them access your content.
