When you call broadview networks and ask about the like whoa account and get the information that the account was shut off on june 2nd due to a bill of 157K dollars.

Servers are gone never to be seen again and Nick is no where to befound much less anyone else....

He forgot that the money he collects is not all his and there are expenses associated with it like payroll, utilities and one major one, his fuckin bandwidth provider....

how could they be out of money? They charged me for hosting 4 months after I left them. Every fucking month I got a bill for bandwidth, and an $87.00 charge "for ZERO GB'S OVER LIMIT."

Then they had the balls to send me a T-Shirt, a beanie, and a deck of cards.

It is actually quite easy to lose it all when you think you have so much money coming in and aren't responsible with it....Take a look at Nick....Perfect case of someone who thought they could bullshit their way thru and tried to show he was a big man who drove Benz's, Lamborghini's....Those aren't investments....

If you have 2 million coming in every month and 3 million in expenses, guess what?....your business is shit....

Who the hell knows how these people think.... I just know Nick didn't think and it caught up to him.....

Now he will have to always look over his shoulder....That is pretty sad when you are only 19 and that is what you have to look forward to.

You can rip off 100,000 people of 20 bucks each and get away with it but you can't rip off a few for 1000's.

Make sure you never do business with this fuckhead again.

Just cause he was smart enough to leave a month ago doesn't mean he is not a piece of shit, as he was nick's butt buddy for so fucking long and knew about everything.

All those extra bills and bullshit they got people to pay for, guess who was behind it..... the CFO.

where did my hosting contracts go, i left EVERY FUCKING SINGLE ONE on your desk, and when it came time to pay they were "mysteriously" gone..

good fucking way to avoid payment, by destroying/hiding/ creatively "losing" my hosting contracts.

and when nick persisted so hard for me to check the filing cabinet and look for them myself, i knew something was up.

that was when I went home and found a few SIGNED CONTRACTS on my hard drive.

shit is just STRAIGHT UP ILLEGAL, hiding documents not to pay a comission, who thinks I should post a JPG of one contract..

I see on this board, all of the time, Like Whoa down, out of biz soon, etc. But then I read posts from people saying they were going to host with them a few weeks ago. Weren't they getting ripped for months now?

Also, what happened to that new radio show they used that tattoo'd puppet Emskiie? He was bashing me like he was about to re-invent webmaster radio shows on their Like Whoa radio network. Then Nick says he's using the radio show to explain the misunderstandings he's had with GFY. So he was launching a radio show to help campaign for their hosting company, to re-explain that things are fine. This was just 3 weeks ago, if that.

I'm not saying this as a dis to them at all, I'm really confused on what they were thinking? Wouldn't they have known a few weeks ago that the walls were caving in? I'm expecting to read another announcement from them saying everything is OK again.

Only to read in the near future, things are fucked up. Then I'll bet in 3 weeks, someone is going to post, "huh, I was just going to host with them a few weeks ago."

I see patterns here.

Then I read threads like the Bluegravity one, about how they are expensive, but everyone agrees they're fast and always up. Try losing your info on a machine that's down, then figure out how much money you've lost with bad hosts and downtime, let alone any resellers you've probably lost. I'd prefer to pay more for hosting and have piece of mind.

And yes...a killer host with great service and uptime is worth the extra money (to me anyways).
