    Paxum error

    humm, I tried to withdraw money right now in atm, and my paxum doesnt work... some error like no response, no communication, something like that

    has someone same problem?

    Yes, but that was more than a year ago.

    Make sure to check your account, with me the money was deducted anyway and I had to go through troubles to get my money back

            We are not aware of any issues with our cards at this time.
            One of the most common problems we see is people do not transfer funds from the wallet to the card. Have you made sure you have transfered the funds?


            If so please email me [email protected] ( or post here ) your paxum account ID and I'll check out the error.

              Yep... I did that, I transfer around 500 bucks from wallet to my card...
