Cannot renew here too. It's been several days and support ticket ignored. This really sucks. I switched my sites to ATX after UCJ stopped being supported. Now it looks like ATX is not being supported anymore. At least UCJ continued working without problems after Tim left the scene. But with the license renewal requirement every 90 days with ATX, we are fucked if Frank doesn't support anymore.

it renews every 90 days, so it will work until it needs to renew again unless he comes back and fixes it before then

In admin panel click "ATX" and then "License". You'll see how much days you have left.
One of my atx copies are "dead" since today

FYI - When the license expires the site is not dead. The script still functions (ie. toplist generates, skimming works and stats are tracked). What doesn't work is the admin login. You cannot login to the admin panel to view stats, add or delete trades, change your toplists etc. until the license can be renewed.

Hopefully, Frank returns soon and fixes his server. Then we can renew any expired licenses and our sites will be back to normal.

I know. For me this means its still useless.

I am a dutch webmaster with the exact same problem.
I tried to phone him. But the number that he should be using is disconnected.
He had a house in the city OBDAM. Then he moved to probably the city Alkmaar.
Tried to get his phone number there again no luck.
Checked his chamber of Commerce files. All out dated. Except for his name.
Which Should be : Frank Oscar Zorge
Tried to find a phone number on that name, again no luck.
Tried to find him on facebook. There I find one guy with almost the same name :
Frank O Zorge.
Maybe we should all start to contact his friends he has on facebook, maybe ONE of his friends knows where he is.
Still I am switching my sites. one by one after the 90 days mark is there.
I have 45 atx licenses bought and he fucking vanished.

That's a good question. Until we see Frank alive, the problem is not solved. It's just another 90 days countdown.
