Chances are that most, if not all, of the good coders are either booked or busy doing their own projects, too.

A good point. Lots of poor coders masquerading as programmers around here. I've seen some cringe-worthy code in some of the top products sold. I'm not immune from it myself, but the edgeprod of 2013 is a lot better than the edgeprod of 1996.

Our company is doing outsourcing, we lease developers to many big companies in industry, also doing a lot of projects for mainstream. We have around 100 employees right now, very experienced developers with senior level knowledge.

Also we are open for any way of cooperation, we are already signing NDA's with some of our existing clients, so that's not a problem.
