Someone who runs a Streamate white label stole your content? If thats the case, its not Streamates problem... You need to find the owners of the white label and DMCA them. Streamate will be exactly right to ignore this thread, or cancel your account just out of spite. Starting a thread like this is a big mistake and it won't get you anywhere at all.

What you could do maybe is call your rep at Streamate and tell them about the issue and then ask them what their policy is. Maybe, possibly, they could turn them off, but I doubt it because unless their tos specifically covers it, they might be liable for cutting off a whilte label without a good enough reason, legally.

Do this : Go through the proper channels and issue a dmca.
