Dunno about "topdialer" - but the track record on payments from these "dialer companies" over the past three years is a fucking disgrace. But hell, that's what happens when anyone can run a dialer company from their back bedroom.
The next one I come across that fails to pay... they are assured of one miserable hell existance for a good few years.
