ElevatedX is cool and powerful, but man I wish the template system was easier to work with. Every time I have to work on the design on the front end its always a lot of trial and error. Oh and make sure you back your stuff up.

it amazes me when someone calls our competitor the "best one" when they've never even had a trial account on PornCMS. if you try our script, i doubt you'd have the same opinion. elevatedX looks (and works) like it was built in the 90s. if a script is a "little tricky to use" then its obviously not the best. there's no "trick" to using PornCMS and we have the best prices in the industry..

lol yea thats a problem i'm solving this week. the porncms sales site is hosted on one of the servers with our Basic accounts. they are typically low traffic sites which keeps that server idle. one of the new Basic sites blew up over the last couple of weeks. tons of traffic and sales. we're moving him to a dedicated server..

i had a custom built cms, was good til programmer went mia/flaky, tried adultsitecms (suckd dicked! & support was worse) didnt try, porncms but does look good! and currently using elevated-x, extremely satisfied!

personally i find elevated X very bloated, hard to understand, over complicated, non user-friendly and quite simply annoying/frustrating to use.
it is in dire need of a ground up rewrite using more modern technologies. it is the "best" simply because it is the ONLY.
it was a good solution in its day, but i think at this point its trying to make everyone happy and has suffered for it.
if you dont have a coder, its probably the best choice... if you have time and money, write your own, rather then use something that was written to make everyone happy.

I've been at this 8 years now and when my staff makes a mistake, I am quick to admit it. In this case, I see no sign of fault for what you're experiencing. I do understand your frustration at your site being down.
We use a support ticket system with timestamps so when a customer makes an accusation as you have here, I have 100% proof of what actually happened.
I DO NOT appreciate your posting here as you have.
My staff works VERY HARD to support our customers and we strive to provide good service and rarely do we receive complaints in this area.
Each support ticket you have submitted has been responded to by our staff within 3 hours and several were replied to within minutes.
If you do what my staff is telling you to do to fix this and allow them to help you fix this, as they always have in the past and will continue to do, things will be just fine.

In ticket "VUL-261-99906" You asked us to upload the templates and area files for this site. We advised that we do not provide integration services and the you will need to edit the files to work in your area. You said "Let's do it", so we did it.
If you did not understand what you were agreeing to, then you'll need to have your host restore from a backup. We have no backups of your files.
The smarty template files we replaced were:
Image.tpl
Gallery.tpl
Gallery/* (All files in this directory)
Image/* (All files in this directory)
/general/page_top.tpl
The username and password does not work for your area.

After this you were told by my staff several times that you need to have YOUR HOST restore a backup of your files.
Please work with my staff and Mojo staff to resolve your issue and stop posting this nonsense.
