Foreign hosting?

I'm tired of my sites being taken down by one compliant so I was looking into getting a foreign host in Singapore, Swiss or Russia. I know they are very liberal so that's what I want.
Do you guys have any suggestions? I am looking at shinjiru.com and ccihosting.com but anyone use them before? Or a better foreign host?

There is no country in the world where we haven't had web hosting shut down due to piracy, so I'd probably be inclined to try another planet.

It actually wasn't shut down from pirated content, someone thought a girl was underage but she wasn't.

The old host didn't even give me a chance to prove she wasn't, they just shut it down then opened it back up after I submitted the model contract. I don't want a host that will shut you down every time without warning.

You guys are so fast to jump on people it's a shame,,,

Actually not. Degban for example (which is a really shitty company) is sending out DMCAs for content that is not illegal/404.
