Software to Manage Multiple Blogs

Are any of you aware of anyway to control multiple blogs from one control panel?

Like, I have about 20+ blogs (wordpress) and it would make things so much easier if I could;

Update Multiple Blogs Automatically
Update Multiple Plugins Automatically

If there is software that could do more indepth stuff as well, this would be great.

Does anything like this exist?

please, anyone knows if i can use infinitewp for more users? i configured my infinitewp to my blogs, then made another directory with fresh install and configured the infinitewp for another user, it worked well when i made it, then i tried to use it today and got

Invalid message signature. Deactivate and activate the InfiniteWP Client plugin on this site, then remove the website from your InfiniteWP Admin Panel and add it again.
